Wasn't the Vorlons the proper defendants of any lawsuits by the telepaths? After all, they made them telepathic for use as weapons. And except for the implanted "super-telepaths" used in the battle for Mars, the telepaths that took part in the war were either volunteers, hired, or alien.

He seems to mention it every time he talks about Babylon 5, or any of the actors he worked with. Yesterday night he went from Dr. Quinn, to Little House on the Prairie, to Melissa Gilbert, to the memorial show. Mentioned the date and the website. He's plugging it almost every other night.
