He'll always be "Gonorrhea" to me. Great mini-series and his part was cast to perfection.

Caught me by surprise. I was like, "Hey, it's Joe!"

How come nobody mentioned his cameo? He's a regular Stan Lee.

    Babylon 5 CGI on youtube

It's for a fan-made project titled "Dark Rage". I don't think the effects are necessarily any better than B5 seasons 4 or 5, which hold up quite well. The only problem with B5's effects in the 50 inch HDTV era is pixel resolution.

    Stargate Universe

A very good cliffhanger season finale, IMHO, although somewhat spoiled by SyFy immediately showing scenes from the upcoming season in October. The music was very B5ish at the end.

I found it equally disappointing that it was a film from the Wachowski brothers and from JohnMcTeague, who brought us the awesomely original and intelligent "V for Vendetta".

    Anyone still watching Lost?

Mostly my take on it too. Although I hadn't given as much thought to what Ben's "unfinished business" might be, I like that interpretation a lot. The only trouble I have has to do with Richard, who I'm pretty sure was one of the first one's to come into the Dharma camp after the Purge, which...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

But that wasn't right. That's what we all thought was happening, but the nuke flat out didn't work. Nothing was reset. The only outcome of the nuke was that it somehow returned the main characters from 1977 back to 2007, thus allowing the showdown with Locke-alike to take place. Everything in...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

I wasn't too upset. Across the Sea had lowered my expectations considerably that any useful answers would come of the myriad unanswered mysteries. I guess in the end I don't need to understand the island any more than I need to know why that midget was dancing backwards and serving rock hard...

    Anyone still watching Lost?

No, I was referring to the plane ride. I know he's taken the sub off island before. I just found it mildly amusing. He's 200 years old, but things have certainly changed around him. I would have laughed to see him looking terrified out the window upon takeoff.

    Anyone still watching Lost?

Glad we're seeing eye to eye GK (no pun intented). Do I feel the series as a whole let me down? Yeah, just a bit (for about 20 or so unsatisfactorily answered reasons) but I do feel that the episode was successful in giving a nice emotional resolution to the whole thing. I like the whole Nexus...

Shit. It has officially started. I am deeply unsettled by last night's level of suck.

Hmmmmmm. Then again, maybe he's just a cosmic door stop.

    Stargate Universe

The time loop one was classic sci-fi stuff, and reminiscent of the old TNG ep "Cause and Effect". As such I thought it felt out of place compared to the previous episodes. Of course, plot wise, that one could have been inserted anywhere in the series.
