Firstly, wrong forum .
Secondly, I beleive jms wrote 'Time, Space and the Incurable Romantic' specifically to kill of demands for Marcus to be brought back (I think they started to get annoying).
HTH.
Word is that it's going to be released on DVD sometime in July (?) but these are still rumours. I don't really see any point in them showing it on terrestial TV since there is not going to be a series, but it may turn up on Sci-fi UK or perhaps Bravo (purely speculation on my part).
Part of the reason Warner think they can flog this off on us is because of the good VHS sales. I'm not buying those particular DVDs partly because I'm not well off (hey, I'm a student - 'nuff said) and partly because with the packaging and lack of extras I don't think they are worth it. I'd be...
Well, in general it would be handy to have a FAQ for each of the show forums - maybe in the form of a locked sticky post. Or perhaps we should start work on the virtual JoeDM...
To cut a long story short, back in 1999 when the show was being produced, TNT passed down notes from their execs to JMS about what they wanted on the show. JMS disagreed but tried to work with them for a while, but eventually pulled the plug. No-one has come forward to finance the show since...

Also note that there is a space liner in Soul Hunter named Asimov, and Bester claims to have 'Asimov'ed Mr Garibaldi - a reference to the four laws of robotics in Asimov's Robot novels.

All of the movies were released on VHS at least a couple of years before they appeared on TV over here. I hope that they might put some extra features if they do release Rangers as a DVD, though I'm not going to hold my breath (I might go all blue and collapse).
