    "Brit"- comment from JMS

Re: Racist comment from jms Indeed :) Let's say JMS made a racist comment: Who cares? It's not like he is a saint or something. He is just a guy, if he didn't slip now he could slip anytime. Nobody is perfect. Jeesh. P.S: English people suck.

'Revenge of the Sith' reviews (Spoilers)

Re: \'Revenge of the Sith\' reviews (Spoilers) Yeah, that would make a LOT of sense. Yoda, Mace, etc. got owned in this one for their arrogance and underestimation... unlike clever Palpatine who had patience and had waited for years. In Episode VI the Emperor would get axed for understimating...

'Revenge of the Sith' reviews (Spoilers)

Re: \'Revenge of the Sith\' reviews (Spoilers) Heh, where did you read that? Anyways I always thought it was pretty obvious, Sifo-Dyas=Darth Sidious. He's the master of aliases. Yeah, I agree. He couldn't believe what he had done after Mace falled off into the abyss, though. The thing is...

'Revenge of the Sith' reviews (Spoilers)

Re: \'Revenge of the Sith\' reviews (Spoilers) Okay, I just watched it. (nerd alert) Let me get out of the way the only really bad thing worth mentioning: The guy next to me and his 7 year old brother that just wouldn't shut up for two hours. Heh. My review: It wasn't perfect, but damn...

Which Jack is more of a badass? (24, Alias spoil.)

Re: Which Jack is more of a badass? (24, Alias spo I'd have to say Jack Bauer, Jack Bristow is way too detached for me, a completely rational killing machine- try figuring him out! Jack is more a normal person, can let his emotions make him *fuck up*. He's more exciting. When he gets tortured...

Star Wars III: The Official Hype, Bitch Thread

Re: Star Wars III: The Official Hype, Bitch Threa   Dude, you should write for a living. That was a classic rant. As for the entire Star Wars "hype", i'm rather indifferent about it. I see the toys everywhere, the magazines covers, and the posters and I find myself surprised that...

Do these people not have lives?

Never underestimate a good remake and recast. Sindatur: looking at the pic, those kids seem like 18 or 19 year olds. Of course they wouldn't have those things. Yeah it seems sad but for all we know they are having the time of their life with other fans.

South Park: Still at the top of their game

What about "Death of Eric Cartman"? That was one of the most clever episodes ever. "One of their best friends is dead... dead and still wondering the Earth a lost soul!"

South Park: Still at the top of their game

Yeah, poor Timmy lol . Loved the conversation with Butters, he is my favourite character after Cartman. Infact, he is the antithesis of Cartman. I gotta bow to the creators of South Park, the show has become a true homage to the innocence of childhood. The last episode is another great example.

The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.

Yeah, it's a different medium. I guess changes are necessary when: a) It can't be brought to film: (FXs not up to it) or b ) Not enough time, therefore: c) makes the story flow more swiftly. I guess I should wait until I read the thing. But if he wrote it with Christian overtones, my guess is...

The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.

Movies shouldn't take "artistic licence" from the books they are based on. That's not honest. That's using the book's popularity to sell you something else.

The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.

Thanks for explaining that. That's also what they say in the Amazon reviews, probably better to read the LWW first. I just downloaded the audiobooks. Should be fun. :)

The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.

I remember that book from when I was a kid, should check it out again... anyways, they are making a movie out of it. web page . Gotta love Disney.

Do these people not have lives?

It's a religion for them. They are the geekest of the geekest (of the geekest). They'll die happy knowing they stood in line for the last star wars movie. To each one their own. :)

South Park: Still at the top of their game

    Robots

Just saw Robots tonight. It was fine movie, if you have the time be sure to go see it. Typical "If you have dreams, fight for them" stuff, mixed with some criticism for consumerism and shallow spending. Great CGI too :)

Tru Calling Season 2 finally (Only 6 episodes)

Awesome :) Eliza and Jason Priestly had so much chemistry, I can't wait to see their work on this season. Great show.

"Die Hippie, Die!".- SP Season Eight

Re: \"Die Hippie, Die!\".- SP Season Eight Yeah, season eight was awesome. Awesome-O was my favourite. The thing is I really don't want SP to become another Simpsons, and I see the signs already. The "Cartman picking on Kyle" thing is getting tiring and childish, being typically offensive...

"Die Hippie, Die!".- SP Season Eight

Re: \"Die Hippie, Die!\".- SP Season Eight Indeed. Not witty at all. Did the good writers leave this season? I think it's indeed time to cancel...
