i have never watched this series , but i doubt it will be true to form of cop shows in the 70`s ... ever watch the sweeney ? there are more racial comments in there to insult every ethnic community in the uk . I aint gonna repeat it either .

Isn`t mythbusters an entireley different premise ? as i understand the team test wether a urban legend or myth is correct or applipicable in an everyday situation .. e.g guy urinates on electric rail line gets shocked (they proved this was incorrect or could not happen)

As far as i know (or recall) it wasn`t just the main character who swore , If thats what you are implying :)... I suppose some people are a bit prudish when it comes to that - kinda reminds me of my grandmother :) (hates all swearing) Anyway , maybe the fact that they are dead and cant...

the fact that there is an "awful amount of swearing" is the one things that defines its greatness , dead like me would not be dead like me without the swearing !!

i remember when this show premiered on sky one , but i didn`t get the chance to watch it ... So i just bought the dvd`s today ! i learnt from HMV that they only had 2 seasons on general release , after a bit of investigation i have found out the channel who makes it (Showtime ?)...

i have been in possesion of star trek dvd`s for a year or two now , and i have noticed several of the dics have been damaged (around the little round hole) i have noticed this is due to the casing and how it holds the dvd`s . Has anyone else experienced this problem ? and i am wonderng if...

I could see why pople would like that two-parter , i didnt like the ending , although very "dr.who " it was slightly corny to me .. could it be the reason why you like ww2 is because of captain jack ? nudge nudge , wink wink ! lol but i acknowledge that it was a creepy episode ...

wait till next friday when , I believe the " unquiet dead " airs on sci-fi . Best episode ever !
