It's definitely not the original score! I have a feeling the music w/this particular version was chosen for its superb quality of actually detracting from one's enjoyment of the movie. Well, I'm glad I've got it, but a copy of the restored version is something to look forward to getting.

Definitely an excellent film. The only other Fritz Lang I've seen is M, which was also terrific, though very different. The version of Metropolis that I have on DVD is 115 min. and includes some of the most horrid music ever put to film.

But it does make me jealous! The video store I go to here has vols. 2.1, 2.2 and...no, not 2.3, that would make sense, instead they have 2.5 :confused: I've suggested they get season 2 in order, but we'll see :)

According to ADV, there is no plan [yet] to release a s2 box set. I assume they'll come their senses eventually.

Thanks, crofootski. I have not seen that episode, but he was also in an earlier ep called "Meld," which I did catch. I'm a fan of several things he's done, but when I get his autograph [*fingers crossed*!], it'll be on some B5 paraphernalia :)

Don't forget about conventions. I'm hoping to make it to DragonCon in Atlanta in August, which has me pretty excited. The current guest list includes Walter Koenig, Bill Mumy, Bruce Boxleitner and Brad Dourif [who made "Passing Through Gethsemane" one of my favourite eps]. It's still over...

Definitely one of my favourites, and one I've seen several times. Tonight, I was as moved by Sinclair's transformation as I was the first time I saw it. And Marcus' realization about Sinclair/Valen, what a face! All around an incredible, convoluted episode, that I hope one day to comprehend...
