I've been pretty lucky thus far, I've had a few loose disks but no major scratches. My S4 had one loose disk with a few little scratches which I don't think will cause any trouble playing but I haven't tested it yet.

Well I ordered my S4 from Loaded247.com yesterday and got it today. So once again, any UKers would be highly advised to use these people :)

Here's another vote for Loaded247, I've found them far quicker than play and you don't have to worry about any of the import duties. Unfortunatley I've only ordered mine today as I've had appendicitis all Xmas and just didn't get round to it, damn it I'll have to wait a couple more days.

Yeah I've just had a read through loaded247's T&C's, they pay the import tax for you which is why the season 3 set is a little more than play.com.

I've used loaded247.com (used to be called Future Entertainment) and have never had to pay custom duties, their prices are a little higher than play.com so this might explain it. They've also been pretty quick, 2-3 days usually but of course there's always a first time for it to go tits up...
