any one know of any easter eggs on season 1 and 2 region 2

None on the season 1 set, as far as I know, for region 2. The "gag reel" should be there for R2 season 2 as well though.

If you look through a few threads in the B5.related forum (where this question actually belongs), you should find the exact instructions how to find it.

There's one in S1, but it's nothing special. YOu locate it basically the same way.
