i have allways wanted to know or maybe see the events of the telepath war in wich al bester trys to take over the goverment or something ??? and the eventual fate of the psi corps perhaps we may see something in the new movie .....

I am almost absolutely sure that we won't see anything concerning the Telepath war in this new Rangers telemovie. Apparently it takes place "just after the war".

It would appear that JMS has been saving the Telepath war - as one rather specific event - for something else, perhaps a possible big screen movie (which may or may not happen, depending on how well B5 and especially any new project like the Rangers does).

I've heard the rumor that the Telepath War was going to be developed as a big-screen movie if things go well for the franchise.

It's a good idea - think of what could be done with it. It's compact, one story with a beginning, a middle, and an end - and you know JMS likes it that way!

As much as we'd like to see a big-screen movie, think logistics, people - the telemovie has to do excellently first (hopefully, it'll be up there, ratingswise, next to Dune...)
