Why can`t i see the members list?

If you're referencing the "Members List" link at the top of the page, it's disabled for everyone (by preference of the board owner, I imagine). But you should still be able to see which members are currently looking at the board (unless they've set their settings to be invisible) at the bottom of the main page.
 
yes...that is what i meant...it would be nice to see what people pick out for names....thanks though...:)
