    SPOILER thoughts on Matrix Reloaded

As I recall, Superman was (is?) quite a popular hero. And he's invincible. :D Hopefully I will see Reloaded soon and then I will make own my judgement. Is it crap? That remains to be seen. Regards, Marko Marin

    Matrix Reloaded Music Question

This is the track list from the original soundtrack. The first cd, as you can see, contains pop/rock-songs that are not my thing. The second contains instrumental tracks by Don Davis, Rob Dougan, Juno Reactor and few others. I think the second disc might contain the track you're looking for...

    SPOILER thoughts on Matrix Reloaded

Don Davis composed an orchestral score to the first movie also. I haven't seen Reloaded yet but I've heard that he's developed the themes and motifs from the first one quite a bit. I myself hate those pop/rock-albums and prefer the original score. Regards, Marko Marin

    Your favorite credit sequence?

Okay, you all must know by now that I'm obsessed about 24, so I say it has the best missing credit sequence. It's a cool idea that in every episode we get a different, a little bit tweaked version from the patriotic main theme. Sometimes it's played with full power (with a lot of brass) and...

    24 S2 DVD

I'm waiting for 24's season 2 DVD-set? Does anyone know when they will release it? Or is it too soon to think about these things? (The ending of the first season is really annoying. Mostly because I just have to sit and wait to see what happens after the day one.) Regards, Marko Marin

24 again (sorry about that) SPOILERS!!!

Yeah, it didn't seem too real for me too. Altough I don't speak german... as far as I can tell that is. One other thing is a bit odd. When Gaines was watching the CTU HQ through the cameras, Nina said that the computer room was dark (which I suppose means that there aren't any cameras). And in...

24 again (sorry about that) SPOILERS!!!

I watched the series in real time (yes, I don't have a life ) and I'm stunned. During the last five episodes I tought many times that this is enough. That there's nothing more that the writers could do to get my pulse run faster, but they managed to twist the plot even further. When Drazen's...

    Soundtrack of 24

Does anyone know if a soundtrack cd for the series exists which contains music by Sean Callery? Regards, Marko Marin

    Hans Zimmer

Yes he does that, but I think it's mostly a homage to the great composers of the past. He also took a lot of inspiration from Holst's Mars and Wagner to Gladiator. Zimmer vs. Franke... Frankly I can't decide. They both do a great job. Altough I miss the times when Hans composed his music to...

    Hans Zimmer

The Rock (composed by Zimmer, Harry Gregson-Williams and Nick Glennie-Smith) actually started my soundtrack-collection along with The Lost World. Some say that it's just head bashing heavy metal with orchestra, but I must agree. It's an entertaining album and you must not take it too seriously...

    Hans Zimmer

He's the favourite composer for many people. He brought some publicity to the soundtrack business, mostly with classic scores like Backdraft and Crimson Tide. I think he blends perfectly the tratidional orchestra, synths and percussion so that it makes the music easy to listen. And as I've...

    Hans Zimmer

So, who likes Zimmer's scores for movies like Crimson Tide, The Rock, As Good As It Gets, etc.? I recently bought his first live album The Wings Of A Film and found it very enjoyable. It's very nice concert in a way, as the album doesn't feature any action music. Especially I am now very fond of...

    24 Season 1 (SPOILERS)

2:00pm-3:00pm Interesting. It was a cool trick to keep Bauer and Palmer separated for so long, as this episode was more interesting and satisfying when they finally met each other. One of the best episodes so far. 3:00pm-4:00pm This gives a chance to relax before the storm I suppose. It feels...

    24 Season 1 (SPOILERS)

Found it from local shop. Price tag is 78 euros, same as the B5's S1 was. Can't wait to have enough money to buy it... and watch it through in real time. It takes about 17,5 hours... Regards, Marko Marin

    24 Season 1 (SPOILERS)

I tought it was a good trick to slice and dice the season in half at ep12. It brings a change and now it's almost in the starting point again in ep13. Now you can't really tell whats going to happen as another assasin is in California, Palmer is going to meet Bauer, etc. By the way, is there a...

    Season 4 Hair

Actually first time in S4 we see the new haircut was in "Falling Toward Apotheosis". In "The Summoning" where Sheridan returns and gives that dramatic speech, he still has the old S3-cut. I think about these things too much... Regards, Marko Marin

    The date of "The Gathering"

Re: The date of \"The Gathering\" I agree, but the basics are there. I think it would've been much cooler intro for the pilot, but as I haven't seen it yet, I can't say if Londo's narration works for me or not. I should by the dvd soon I suppose... Regards, Marko Marin

Re: The date of \"The Gathering\" The alternate opening was used in A Call To Arms. Regards, Marko Marin

    Delenn in Soul Hunter

Has anyone else noticed this? When Delenn is strapped in the table and she screams in agony, her head wrinkles weirdly. Obviously this is a mistake but I guess nobody noticed it in time. Regards, Marko Marin
