HD version of TLT to be released exclusively on Xbox Live Marketplace, simultaneous with DVD release.
The gamers among you have probably been hearing about the spiffy new
Xbox 360 model that was just announced, the Elite, an upgraded version
of the 360 with a HDMI port and a bigger HDD. It's a pretty nifty
piece of kit, though it does come at a price ($479.99), and doesn't
actually have some of the things that were rumoured (like the new 65nm
processor). You can find a bigger article on it at Kotaku here:

Anyway, within the big announcement by Microsoft of a new 360 model
there was also the slightly smaller announcement of five Video
Marketplace partners having signed new deals with Microsoft. And one
of them is WB, and their plans with Xbox Live Marketplace are of
particular interest to B5 fans:
>>Microsoft also announced deals with distribution deals with five new video Marketplace partners:
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment: They will be releasing its direct to
video movies exclusively in high definition on Xbox LIVE simultaneous
with their availability on DVD, starting with "Sublime" and later
offering "Babylon 5: The Lost Tales."<<
