Yup, the Regent's "I'm still Centauri, and I am not afraid," speech really made his character exceptional to me. That and his "They said many things... things I didn't understand. And things I didn't want to understand."

I vote for Bester, simply because The Corps is Mother, the Corps is Father is an interesting episode for his character.
