Point was, that unless they're going all-out, it'll just turn into the typical game of it.

I understand. I guess if it was network television, I'd be worried? I think it's in good hands, but I like a lot of HBO's shows.

HBO's Rome offered a similar level of plotting and intrigue, and enough characters to follow. I have a lot of faith in this.
