My B5LR review..

Been off the board for a loong time.

Anyway I liked B5LR a lot. I've read a ton of negative reviews(not here) for it and I don't understand why.

It was a pilot. Look at how little happens in B5's pilot.

It's actually been a few weeks now so I can't remember too much.

It met my expectations and even exceeded them a little bit.

For a pilot - I agree. It's amazing just watching B5: Season 1 v. later seasons. The advancement of special effects technology alone, plus the addition of great cast members.

I wasn't sure what to expect. All-in-all, I think it was well done: 8/10.

Room for improvement? Yes.
Good attempt? Yes.
B5 fanbase still present? You betcha.

<110% male moment>FarScape v. B5LR? Hrm...they've got Claudia Black in leather pants & exposed belly....</110% male moment>
