Name that actor/actress!

Could it be John Cazale, from The Godfather? He was killed in The Godfather II, IIRC. He was also in The Deer Hunter, The Conversation, and Dog Day Afternoon.
 
Nope. You guys are doing a good job of picking out of some of the greatest movies of that decade, but you're still not getting the right film.

I'm trying to think of a hint that won't give it away completely, but I just can't think of one. I'll go with this one: he's probably more famous for his scenes that were cut than the ones he was actually in.

That was the only great movie of the 70's i can think of well that and star wars. Ok i went to the imdb here goes nothing.

Nope, you can clearly see his face in the film. Take a look at all of the above clues I have given and you should be able to get it.

I'm lost. I have no idea. I can't think of any scenes cut out of the movie other than jabba the hut. Was he stormtrooper #3? Or maybe good ole Wedge.
