R1 vs R2

This may be an old question but as I've ordered Season 5(R1) but have the previous seasons on R2 does anyone know if there are any differences.
Some on my discs from the earlier box sets have been damaged due to crap packaging so I was thinking of maybe getting replacements so your commemts would be helpfull.

Two obvious differences straight off the bat

* R1 continued to use the original (book-style) packaging right through S5, so the packaging will be like R2 seasons 1-3.

* Disk 5 of the R1 set includes the pre-credit sequence from The Fall of Centauri Prime, which WHV (for some still unfathomable reason) editted out in the R2 version.

Don't know about any others as I only have the R2 set myself.
