What do the Flinstones have to do with SciFi
"The Flintstones" (1994, Universal Pictures).
"The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas" (2000, Universal Pictures).
The first is a nine year old movie, and the second is a three year old movie, both by
Universal Pictures. Reason becoming clear, now? It probably cost Sci-Fi next to nothing to air 'em, and the money they did have to pay probably goes from one pocket of Universal to the other.
Okay I can somewhat see (verrrry marginally) how Tremors and ugh Scare Tactics might be considered to some SciFi but Flinstones!! OOOOHHHH the pain....the shame.... where will it end......
1. Scare Tactics is in no way Sci-Fi, it's Candid Camera on crack.
2. Go to IMDB and search by "Universal Pictures" or "The Sci-Fi Channel [us]" and you'll see lots of other things they might air, and they don't have to be sci-fi in the least. They also seem to be airing a lot of "Unified Film Organization LLC (UFO)" pictures as well, probably because they're bargain basement priced. Note the votes, most between 2 and 4 out of 10.
