Trying to help out a friend

Hi all

Some friends of mine are much more ardent fan of the series than my self (I'll watch episodes any day of the week but not fly across the globe to meet cast members) and went to a lot of trouble to have some officially licensed playing cards made up from their designs time goes by and they have asked me to help distribute these so here goes.

When were the cards licensed?

(Trying to work out if something new is going on or just the end of something old.)

That would be right. Been in storage for a while now but the space is needed.
