At the end of "The Well of Forever" What does Lt. Matheson do?

Are you referring to his space walk in hyperspace? Because that's not wuite the last thing we see him do. During Galen's voiceover about questions and answers, we see him looking out into space.

Ok, if no one knows, it was Greenberg who saved Max

Sheridan: Are you trying to cheer me up?
Ivanova: No sir, wouldn't dream of it.
Sheridan: Good, I hate being cheered up. It's depressing.
Ivanova: So in that case we're all going to die horrible, painful, lingering deaths.
Sheridan: Thank you, I feel so much better now.

<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

It is not odd for a Centauri but yeah I agree it is odd for Vir..when he was so big on love in marrage etc.

Hmmn come to think of it wasn't there a law on Centauri prime that each man had to marry a certain amount of women? It was a old law they used it at one stage because they had to grow there population...and now they do it out of tradition and law.

But I could be imagining things again...I often can't tell teh difference between my dreams and real life heh.

The three mages that Vir worked with in the Centauri trilogy were related to Galen in that

<table bgcolor=black><tr><td bgcolor=black><font size=1 color=white>Spoiler:</font></td></tr><tr><td><font size=2 color=black> they were all of the same initiation class as Galen. </font></td></tr></table>

As for the obscure Centauri law that men must marry more than one woman, I don't recall hearing of it before.

However, if its true, then I might like being a Centauri myself. Although, I don't know about the Centauri genitals. We know what those of the men look like (somewhat) but I don't know what those of the females look like. But then as the Cenaturi males and females are designed to work together I suppose I could get used to it.

I guess I owe you all a trivia question, not my forte but I'll try. What was it that the doctor on the Excalibur said about art that explains why it is so valuable? BTW, this was one of the coolest things that I've ever heard in all of the B5 universe.

Cheers,

Eirik

I am also not sure what the Centauri's female genitali look like... Although I have this picture in my head of multiple holes going down the back in two rows...

I have always wondered if the Centauri men use one of there thingy's at a time or if they get to the top lvl and have every appendage inserted... or maybe they like humans and have a touch of variety.

I believe JMS posted somewhere that the female Centauri have three openings on each side of the lower back, about where human Kidneys would be.

If they weren't going to be using all Six at once, Mother Nature wouldn't have arranged them that way.
The old girl is picky about that sort of thing.
Genitilia have to Work Correctly, or the race dies out.

The more Interesting question is Why are the Male genitilia Prehensile??
Do/did they have some Other function as well?
A "two birds with one stone" sort of thing?
