Let's remember, this is a New Story, about New Characters.

Just because we miss the B5 characters, there is no reason that JMS should drag them into Rangers.

If/When any of them show up, it will be because the Story doesn't work without them.

JMS has said that he's Saving the B5 characters for the Movie.
That is intended to be the actors "reward" for doing such an incredible job on ther series.
It's a Money reward.
Movies pay a Lot more than television and JMS has posted his opinion that every one of the actors deserves whatever rewards he can manage to give them in the way of Movies.
