Which ship would win? A Borg cube or a Shadow vessel?

Lets not forget that bio-engineering can have the same effect as nanites, take the wraith in Stargate Atlantis, their bio-defenses are so high the borg would not be able to assimalate them.

Now, by far I know very little about the Trek universe, so someone can follow up if they care.

But didn't the Borgs inability to fight organic based ships and life forms of a type proven in Voyager with that whole species 852 or 812 or 819 or 899 ... whatever it was! :)

Granted, I know most people don't account voyager as canon, but alas, I don't take knowledge of trek at all :)

Species 8####.

The starship "Voyager" crosses the border of Vorlon space.

A patroling Vorlon transport jumps out of hyperspace.

Voyager:"This is Captain Janeway of the USS "Voyager". Who are you?

Vorlons:"Who are YOU?"

Voyager:"We come from a planet called Earth"

Vorlons"Irrelevant"

Voyager:"We have a mission to explore this area of space"

Vorlons:"Incorrect. Go. Leave. NOW!"

Voyager:"We don't understa...."

With a single beam from the Vorlon transport "Voyager" is destroyed and that's the end of Janeway!
