Sex scenes that are motivated from previous action and character psychology are not gratuituous.

That the attraction was already in place and accelerated by the adrenaline rush of their near death experience down below is dramatically and psychologically valid in this, and many other cases.

I'm really surprised that there are so many of us who seem to think that sex in a show is de facto bad taste... or that if a shower is involved it must be "porn".

Sex is a great part of what makes life fun and juicy. There's no valid reason it shouldn't be part of the B5 universe.

It didn't feel like Porn to me.

The tile was a bit too slippery, though.
And it's downright disconcerting when the hot water runs out.

OK, I shall repeat what I said earlier.

I didn't start this thread because I was opposed to or suspicious of them having sex, or even in the shower. It was just the feeling I got from the scene that was so different from anything that came before it. Considering that TNT wanted more sexually explicit material, I made the connection. Perhaps the nature of that scene was due to some influence by the network.

If the answer is no, TNT had nothing to do with it, then fine. I was just curious.

Bobby Strayton (I think that's his name), a comedian, does a funny bit about taking a shower together.
